Good morning all, just wanted to send out a thank you to all members and contributors and give you an update. In September the fence at the 66 entrance had to be replaced it was $1218 which was paid for by approximately 12 members. We only have 20 members right now. The first board meeting is Nov 13, we will be setting a budget and discussing goals for the year. We will get that out to members in a newsletter or email. Please encourage your neighbors to join the association. We’re happy to answer any questions, we want to keep everyone informed about budget, expenses and where the money goes.
