Who is LENA?

Lakeview Estates is a small residential section nestled in western Oklahoma City between Bethany and Yukon in Canadian County.  Within the boundaries of Sara Road to the east, NW 36th Street to the south and Highway 66 to the north we have neighbors to the west in Miller's Gate.  The homeowner's association, or LENA for short, is an optional association for those who own or live in Lakeview Estates.  LENA is made up of volunteers who serve on the board, committees or as volunteers to promote a better environment for the neighborhood to flourish.  LENA does not have or enforce any rules as the homeowners are encouraged to maintain their home and property in a manner which exhibits a positive look for the neighborhood and maintain above average home values.

While membership is not mandatory, all of the residents of Lakeview Estates benefit from the work of the association, and your contribution to maintaining the beauty of Lakeview Estates would be appreciated.

Why Should I Join LENA?

Every year the board meets to decide what projects should be started, continued or cancelled. The major deciding factor for this decision is funding. With over 200 homes in the neighborhood, we have only about 23% as paying members of the association.  This small participation typically generates enough money to pay for the seasonal mowing and maintenance of our three entrances and the grass around the outer boundaries of the edition on the north, east and south. Your contribution can enable other projects that the board would like to start to increase the work they are doing for the entire neighborhood.
