Hello everyone!! We hope everyone is having a great holiday season this year. We would like to remind you that we will once again be picking one of our very own Lakeview Estates homes for the winner of our annual Christmas decoration contest. We have really enjoyed walking and riding around the neighborhood looking at all the beautifully decorated homes. We are so glad to see so many of you have taken the time to decorate and make our neighborhood so attractive and for that we say thank you.
So here’s the plan: On December 20th we will announce the winner of the Christmas decorating contest. This lucky household we receive a $50 gift card to TLC and will also get to have the yard of the month sign in your yard and be crowned the 2018 Champion. Good luck to all. Ben and Tam
