A strip shopping center is planned for that location which will require the clearing of the trees in the very near future. The owners hope that the building may be completed during this calendar year. They are already in the process of pre-leasing space, hoping to attract such businesses as an insurance agent, a bank, a nail salon, etc. We will keep you posted as the plans take shape. We are anxious to hear what type of boundary they may plan to separate the shopping area from our Highway 66 entrance. At this stage they don’t know the answers to all the questions, but seem willing to share as the plan develops.
