We currently have 49 paid dues memberships in the first 6 weeks of renewal. Many new people have paid/joined and we are excited to have our new neighbors—Welcome to Lakeview! Just a friendly reminder that dues primarily cover our largest expenses, mowing of the perimeter along Hwy 66, Sara Rd and NW 36th. This cost is appx $3,400 per year. Secondly, it goes to maintain the 3 entrances. There is currently
water/sprinkler system at the north entrance and discussions have been made about adding electric and water at the east and south entrances. Estimates are in the works to see if these would be financially feasible. Thank you to those that pay each year, those that pay when they can and to those of you paying for the first time. There are 228 houses in our neighborhood so just think of the improvements that can be made if everyone helped. Don’t forget that dues are $120/year and can be conveniently paid in a one-time payment, semi-annual or quarterly payments via our website, LENAOKC.ORG or by mailing a check to PO Box 851954, Yukon, OK 73085. You can also drop it off with any board member or one would be happy to come by and pick it up and deliver it for you.
